Complaint Process and Procedure
In the event that a member or parent of a member have a complaint against another member, a coach or manager of any one of the branches.

• The member will furnish such a complaint to Louis Fourie in writing.
• Louis Fourie will compile a disciplinary committee of three member consisting out of:

1. Louis Fourie,
2. The relevant club manager (if against manager, the head coach will fill this position), and
3. Another member, or parent of a member, outside of coaching or office staff, who has direct contact with member/coach against which the complaint if raised.

A disciplinary meeting will be scheduled where the plaintive and accused will have opportunity to respond to alleged misconduct, either in person or through written communication.

The disciplinary committee will decide on corrective measure/s, if necessary.

The plaintive and accused will be informed regarding the decision and corrective measure.

In case of corrective measure, the club manager will oversee and enforce the corrective measure.
Anti-Doping Policy
Louis Fourie Gymnastics will adhere to the South Africa Institute for Drug Free Sport (SAIDS) who in turn supports the World Anti-Doping Code (WADA).
Child Safeguarding & Protection
At Louis Fourie Gymnastics, the safety and well-being of every child in our care is our top priority. The club adopts the Child Safety and Protection Policy as implemented by Gymnastics South Africa. This Policy is available on the Gymnastics SA website.
