Rhythmic Gymnastics Programs
Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which gymnasts perform individually or in groups on a floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon and rope.The sport combines elements of gymnastics, dance and calisthenics; gymnasts must be strong, flexible, agile, dexterous and coordinated.

A Journey of Dedication: Celebrating Lisa Conradie's 17 Years of Gymnastics
After 17 years of dedication, Lisa Conradie is hanging up her grips and stepping into an exciting new chapter of her life. From the age of 3, she became part of the Louis Fourie Gymnastics family, where she grew not only as an athlete but also as a remarkable young woman. Together with Coach Louis, Lisa navigated the highs of competition and the occasional lows of the journey, developing a deep love for gymnastics. Tuks Gym became her second home, where she trained, learned, and thrived, shaping her into the determined, confident person she is today.
The experiences and lessons Lisa gained over nearly two decades of gymnastics have prepared her for whatever comes next. From traveling the world to mastering the discipline of the sport, gymnastics instilled in her a drive to succeed, and we’re incredibly proud of the woman she’s become. Coach Louis and everyone at Tuks Gymnastics are grateful to have been part of her journey, sharing in the wins, losses, and countless memories that have shaped her path.
As Lisa closes this chapter with her final competition at the World University Games, we couldn't be prouder of her accomplishments. Her performance, both at this event and throughout her career, is a testament to her talent and perseverance.
